Multicultural Tucker

Multicultural Tucker is held on the second Wednesday of the month, from February though December.  We provide a nutritious three course lunch, featuring the cuisines of those in our Culturally and Linguistally Diverse (CALD) community and using traditional recipes.  Attendees enjoy live entertainment, and a birthday cake is provided for those whose birthdays fall in the month of their attendance. 

Our model is Health and Active Activity, and our focus providing a safe and welcoming environment where peope from CALD backgrounds who might experience social and/or geographical isolcation can interact.  Bookings are essential.  We may, in some circumstances, be able to assist with free transport.  For further information, call Helen on 5383-0613 or email This email address is being protected from spambots. Hepburn Moorabool Lunch

The Hepburn Moorabool Lunch is a bi monthly social support program for people from diverse backgrounds who are aged, have disability and feel isolated . Carers are most welcome to join. This program is for the resident of Hepburn and Moorabool Shires only. Two course meal are provided.

If you feel this activity would benefit you or a friend please don't hesitate to let us know. If you can't attend because of transport problem or special dietary requirements please let us know and we can arrange it for you.

Telelink

Telelink is a telephone friendship group that meets on the phone once a week for 45 minutes.

Telelink is an great way for seniors to receive social interation from the comfort of their own home.  Groups are formed depending on the clients interests or cultural background.  Telelink is a free service for socially or geographically isolated senior citizens.

Friendly Visiting

It is designed to relieve the loneliness and isolation of people who are housebound due to age or health problems, whose mother tongue is not English.

All volunteers is fully trained.
