DESCRIPTION:More than 40 community groups\, schools\, music groups and businesses will come together to celebrate Ballarat’s diversity and spirit as part of the PowerFM Begonia Parade. \nEach year more than 10\,000 people watch the ever-popular Begonia Parade – a highlight of the Ballarat Begonia Festival. \nThe parade begins at 11am on Monday 9 March and will travel along Wendouree Parade between the South Gardens and the North Gardens. \nPlease note: Wendouree Parade will be closed from Carlton Street to St Aidans Drive between 6.30am – 1pm.\nEntry to the festival car park from the north only. \nWant to be part of the 2020 Begonia Parade?\nBallarat Regional Multicultural Council is inviting all associations and members to join our BRMC float for the 2020 Begonia Parade.\nCultural dress is encouraged and flags are welcomed. \nIf you would like to be involved please contact 03 5383 0613 / teresa@brmc.org.au / d.dekuek@brmc.org.au \n
