SUMMARY:Ballarat Queer Co-operative Gathering and Chat
DESCRIPTION:We are a group of queer/LGBT+/etc people from the Ballarat region who are coming together to build a stronger community. \nOn Sunday 11th August we’ll be gathering over a cuppa to talk about how we can support each other\, advocate for ourselves\, and address problems such as violence\, discrimination and isolation. \nPlease spread the word to any friends you know who might be interested. We’d especially like to reach out to people who might previously have felt that they weren’t represented or welcomed in the community\, including queers from all cultural backgrounds\, First Nations queer people\, queers with disabilities\, neurodiverse queers\, people of faith\, people of all ages\, ALL our queer community. \nIf you identify as queer/LGBT+/any other marginalised sexuality or gender\, no matter what your background is\, please come join us for our first get-together to find out more! \n
