DESCRIPTION:A hands on course covering the basics of cooking. Each class you will learn key cooking skills such as making the perfect Victoria sponge and scones; sweet jams and chutneys; flaky pastry and ‘al dente’ pasta to name a few. Recipes\, lunch\, tea and coffee will be provided. \nThere is a different theme each month so contact Reception to find out what is coming up. Do one class or do them all.
