DESCRIPTION:Make Your Move Ballarat is a women’s health week event on Saturday 7 September 2019. \nThis is an opportunity for women to invest in their own health – there will be sessions and classes promoting physical activity\, mental health and mindfulness and healthy eating. Guest speakers will share their knowledge and experience on a range of women’s health topics\, and there will be a Wellbeing Space to relax with a short massage or get a health check from a qualified nurse. \nLimited supervised children’s activities are available for children aged 18 months – 3 years.
