SUMMARY:Metropolis Conference Visit - Liveable Diversity Regional Roundtable
DESCRIPTION:Ballarat Welcomes Metropolis Delegates on Wednesday 7th November. \nThe international Metropolis Conference is the world’s largest gathering of experts on migration and diversity. The Metropolis Conference will be held in Sydney in the first week of November and will be followed by Victorian events including a short visit to Ballarat. \nYou are invited to participate in a roundtable discussion with visiting Metropolis delegates at the Ballarat Welcome Centre commencing at 11am\, followed by lunch at 1pm. \nVictorian regional experiences and stories will be presented and visitors will be invited to bring their experience and perspectives to the discussion. \nAGENDA\n11.00am – Arrive\n11.15am – Welcome\n11.30am – Regional Spotlight – Western Victoria\n1.00pm – Lunch\n1.45pm – Facilitated conversation with guests\n2.45pm – Closing remarks\n3.00pm – Delegates tour of Ballarat \nRSVP essential by Monday 5th November.\nPlease advise events@brmc.org.au if you wish to attend the Ballarat Roundtable. \nIf you wish to provide your material for a display on liveable diversity in regional Victoria please also advise. \nLiveable Diversity Regional Roundtable Flyer\n
