It’s happening on Sunday\, 24 March 2019 at Queen Victoria Market (QVM) from 9 am to 4 pm. \nEntry is free. \nThe Philippine Festival 2019 coincides with the celebration of Cultural Diversity Week. \nEnjoy the taste of our popular Filipino food. Be entertained by the best local Filipino-Australian artists performing throughout the day. There will be a special performance by the Ati-Atihan group. Join the halo-halo and barbeque eating competitions. And have a chance to win roundtrip tickets to the Philippines. \nThis event is an opportunity for the Filipino Community to showcase its rich culture. Our unique and fun-filled festival will add joy to people now living in Victoria. \nThe theme “Celebrating Living in Victoria” is in keeping with what QVM means to all Victorians. QVM represents the heart and soul of the City of Melbourne for it equates to people and food. QVM has become the meeting hub for all people of diverse cultural backgrounds.
