Migrant workers and visa holders including international students are often underpaid, exploited, left to do unsafe work, and left unsupported when impacted by COVID or injured at work due to their lack of knowledge about their rights and where to get free and confidential legal help as well as financial and other supports that are available to them. This information sharing session aims to equip attendees with basic knowledge about their rights, health and safety at work as well as connection to free and confidential support.
