What is Ballarat’s Creative City Strategy and Creative Precinct Master Plan?
Throughout 2018, Ballarat’s residents and creatives have discussed their aspirations for Ballarat’s Creative City Strategy and how it will contribute to a Ballarat that is proud, bold and thriving. The draft strategy brings all this together into a long-term plan to be owned by all.
Ballarat’s creative precinct in the CBD is already home to some of our most notable arts and historic institutions. The draft master plan presents your suggestions for how we can showcase the city’s creative assets and express the creative energy of the community in a world class precinct.
From 26 November 2018 through to 14 January 2019, the draft strategy and accompanying master plan will be available on the MySay website for review and comment at www.maysay.ballarat.vic.gov.au/creative-city
