Mental Health Week – Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Class

To celebrate Mental Health Week, Ballarat Community Health are hosting a FREE Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Class with Michelle Bowler.
The class will include a short presentation from Sue Walker, an advocate of the benefits of yoga for mental health.
Trauma-sensitive yoga can help reduce the symptoms of trauma in a supportive environment.
No experience is necessary but registrations are essential.
