Morning Tea and Parade of Cultures Fashion Parade

On Wednesday 25th September Ballarat Regional Multicultural Council (BRMC) and the Ballarat Refugee and Asylum Seeker Support Network (BRASSN) hosted a Morning Tea and Parade of Cultures Fashion Parade.

Held at Barkly Square, the event was a wonderfully colourful and vibrant celebration of cultural diversity.

Members of the Ballarat community were encouraged to participate and dress in their traditional attire. The multicultural fashion parade included BRMC staff and members of the Ballarat Malayalee Association representing their culture.

Proceeds from the event have gone to BRASSN to directly support Ballarat refugees and asylum seekers in need.

We thank everyone that attended and participated.
